Anamorphic Lens Build

This project involved creating an anamorphic lens system using an ISCO Ultra Star 2x Anamorphic projection lens and a Lumix GH5S camera body with a Speedbooster .71 EF to MFT adapter. The camera rig was customized with specially-made clamps and a hand-made diopter.

The system is equipped with vintage Russian prime lenses, including a Helios 58mm f/2, a Jupiter 85mm f/2, and a Tair 135mm f/2.8, but can be adapted to use other EF mount prime lenses like the Zeiss SLR lens kit.

The system uses a Rectilux Hardcore DNA as a variable diopter for single focus, and is accessorized with SmallRig components.
